Razer’s Latest Keyboard Doesn’t Sound Like Any Mechanical Keyboard You’ve Used

When someone says that they’re enjoying a new Razer keyboard, you probably imagine them clacking away at a noisy, colorful little monster. But there’s a good chance that they’re using some of the latest products in Razer’s Productivity Suite, a collection of keyboards and mice that are silent, handsome, and ergonomic.

Razer debuted its Productivity Suite last year, but the company just launched three new productivity-focused products. First, there’s the new Pro Type Ultra mechanical keyboard. It features the same design and soft-touch keys as the original Pro Type keyboard, but it now packs silent mechanical switches and a wrist rest.

There’s also the Pro Click Mini mouse, which features quiet mechanical switches, a 15-month battery life, a soft-touch finish, and a button that toggles a super fast free-spin scrolling mode. That said, the Pro Click Mini requires AA batteries and ditches the full-sized Pro Click mouse’s ergonomic design.

And for Razer fans who need a giant mousepad to match their fancy productivity accessories, Razer now offers an XXL version of its cushioned Pro Glide mouse mat. For better or worse, the Pro Glide mat doesn’t have any built-in LEDs.

You can now order the Pro Type Ultra for $160, just $20 more than the original Pro Type keyboard. Razer’s new Pro Click Mini mouse and XXL Pro Glide mousepad are also available for $80 and $30, respectively.

The XXL Pro Glide cushioned mouse mat adds a new level of comfort and sophistication to your desk. Pair it with other products in Razer’s Productivity Suite for a sexy desktop setup.
