Working out at home has never been easier thanks to services like FightCamp, the boxing app that guides you through lessons using motion trackers. But you shouldn’t have to drop hundreds on an at-home exercise service just to try it out. That’s why, starting now, FightCamp offers over 100 free workouts and tutorials in its app.

These free lessons require zero hardware, and they cover all aspects of a full boxing workout—warm ups, strength training, conditioning, recovery, and even stretching. All you need is an iOS device and the FightCamp app. (Unfortunately, the free workout selection is very limited in FightCamp’s Android app, which is still just a beta.)

One thing to note here—you don’t own any tracking hardware, so you won’t get the full training experience from FightCamp. But you can cast the guided FightCamp videos to your TV to exercise more comfortably, so there’s that.

And if you happen to own a punching bag (you don’t need one for every workout), you can get a decent feel for how FightCamp will wear you out and put you to bed early.

If you choose to sign up for FightCamp, the service costs $39 a month plus the price of a kit. Most people should buy the Personal kit, which currently costs $1000 and comes with a punching bag, motion trackers, and boxing gloves. If you already own a punching bag or know how to find one on Facebook Marketplace, you can buy the cheaper FightCamp Connect kit, which includes the motion trackers and currently costs $400.
