Yo dawg, I heard you like cases, so I want to show you this case for your AirPods Pro case. Seriously though—the AirPods Pro case (and regular AirPods for that matter) is boring. Plain-ass white is just bland, so Nomad is here to spruce it up for you.
The company released its new $35 Horween Leather case for the Pro this morning. It comes in two colors—black and brown—works with wireless charging, and has an optional (but sold separately) lanyard mount. Pretty par for the course I reckon.
Like most AirPods cases, it comes in two pieces (one for the lid, one for the base) and has an opening for the charging port. It also has what Nomad is calling an “integrated light pipe” to show the charging indicator, which I think is just a really fancy way of saying “there’s a hole in it so you can see the charging light.” Whatever, light pipe sounds neat, so I’m here for it.
Otherwise, it has a microfiber linking to keep your Airpods Pro case safe and secure, because what good is a case for your case if it doesn’t protect it? And since it’s leather, it’ll get a nice patina as you carry it around. Mmmm, patina.
