IKEA’s Exclusive ASUS Gaming Gear Arrives in the U.S.

IKEA

Last year IKEA announced a partnership with ASUS to create a line of “Gamer Gear” inspired furniture and accessories for ASUS ROG fans. The retailer offers clean, minimal, RGB light-free options for gamers to decorate their space.

Some of IKEA’s ASUS gear launched in China and Japan earlier this year, but now, the full lineup of affordable accessories is heading to the United States starting October 1st.

In total, IKEA’s new gaming range includes over 30 products. The retailer is offering everything from gaming chairs, desks, ring lights for streamers, not to mention smaller accessories like the wooden headphone stand (shaped like a hand), as seen below. You can also expect phone mounts, mug holders, Bluetooth game controllers, and more.

The collection is made up of six product families, but the names are highly unusual: Uppspel, Lånespelare, Matchspel, Gruppsel, Utespelare, and Huvudspelare. Only one line was designed in collaboration with ASUS, while the rest IKEA created itself with input from ASUS.

Looking at the products, you may notice that some of them are existing items carried by IKEA, only fancied up a bit to fit the gamer-inspired style. Pricing ranges from $6 to a mouse pad to upwards of $599 for a high-end IKEA ASUS ROG adjustable gaming desk.

Either way, if you’re a gamer in the U.S. or U.K. looking for affordable accessories or furniture, check out the IKEA ASUS ROG line starting October 1st.
