Craig Lloyd is a gadget expert, helping readers pick out the best gear and teaching them how to use it. He currently works at iFixit, tearing apart all sorts of devices and writing repair guides.

Craig has written for several other tech sites, including Lifehacker, Digital Trends, SlashGear, and GottaBeMobile. His love of technology goes back much further, however, when he began tinkering with the family computer as a young teenager.

Craig has been writing about technology for nearly ten years, starting out as a writer and columnist in college for the student newspaper. He eventually became Web Editor and earned a spot as an Online Pacemaker Award finalist from the Associated Collegiate Press in 2011.

Aside from writing and technology, Craig loves getting his hands dirty with various projects and is a strong advocate for the DIY movement. Whether it's crafting doodads and thingamajigs out of wood, maintaining cars, or fixing whatever breaks around the house, Craig does it. In other words, Craig doesn’t call a guy; he is the guy.
