Happy Friday! Let me paint a picture for you: it’s a beautiful spring day and you go out to pick up a few groceries. You come back to your car to load up said groceries, only to find 15,000 honeybees living in your car. That’s exactly what happened to a man in New Mexico recently. You see, honeybees often move locations in spring, and when they do, the whole colony travels together. When the Queen lands, the rest of the colony latches on to protect her. This dude’s car was just the unfortunate hidey-hole they found to land in. On the upside, he was able to get a beekeeper to come and evict these unwelcome guests, giving them a new home and a new hive. Save the bees, y’all.
