Happy Friday! As you scroll through today’s newsletter, you’re going to notice a trend: Acer everywhere. To say the company announced a lot yesterday feels like an understatement. Four Chromebooks, gaming laptops with more LEDs than Times Square, gaming monitors, a notebook you can repair and upgrade, and more. But one of the standouts might be a notebook you can’t even buy.
That’s because the concept notebook has a stereoscopic 3D screen—kinda like the Nintendo 3DS. But it also has cameras (yes plural) that track your eyes and head so you can lean and look around stuff. I’m not sure anyone NEEDS this, but if you use Blender and other 3D programs, Acer seems to think it will change your life.
