That point made itself clear again as Microsoft unveiled an update for its Xbox PC app. Now Xbox insiders can stream games from the Cloud to PC, even if they don’t have a console plugged in anywhere. And if they do have one, they can stream games from that console to the PC, which unlocks even more games to play.
